I appreciated the hotel's central location, easy to access main attractions by walking or public transport. The onsen provided a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful .

My twin room included green tea and complimentary water bottles. The room was stylish and clean. The bed was comfy, so i had a restful sleep, which i appreciated.

The hotel is very close to the city center and also close to the tram station. The location is REALLY convenient. I easily reached all attractions by using public transport.

The front desk is on the 13th floor. It has an excellent view of the surroundings. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, made the process smooth.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect with easy access to buses and trams right outside. it was also walking distance to many sites and shopping areas.
the breakfast line was sometimes long. i found the bed to be quite hard. it may not suit everyone's preference for firmness.

The location proved acceptable. It was in the city center.
the breakfast service fell short, i arrived at nine o'clock to find no seats. there was a queue of around 15 people, so i did not use the breakfast i had already paid for. also, there was no honey available.
